Bournemouth SPUR Road Major issues

The local Council has ruined the main duel carriage way into Bournemouth, Dorset UK. Litter everywhere, including unsightly tatty black plastic roughly pinned into the ground causing what was a wonderful entrance to Bournemouth into a third world unsightly mess. What ever have they had in their minds knowing that there was to be a change in Government and subsiquent cancellation of any investment in the Spur Road. Come on council a least clean up the rubbish and the mess you have instigated. Perhaps a penalty charge signage should be introduced to stop, litter bugs, to reduce our council taxes in clearing up behind our fellow man. Posted 270311 - Its a disgrace!!
